Originally from Fort Walton Beach, FL, Dustin is a retired member of the Armed Forces after spending 6 years in the Air Force and 15 years in the Coast Guard. Coach Ohler brings with him over 20 years of coaching experience that followed 4 varsity years of wrestling at Fort Walton Beach High School. He has coached programs and clubs in Florida, Arkansas, Alaska, and North Carolina. Coach Ohler is currently the Assistant Boys' Wrestling Coach at Pasquotank County High School and Pasquotank County High School Girls' Wrestling Head Coach. Experience includes:

Wayne Norton II is an American former folkstyle and freestyle wrestler who is the current Head Coach of the Pasquotank County High School wrestling team. As a wrestler, starting in 1999 at Larkspur Middle school in Virginia Beach, VA, he compiled a record of 20-1 as an 8th grader finishing the season as Conference Champion and his only defeat in the semi-finals at the Virginia State tournament
where he finished 3rd. He would later move his wrestling career to Elizabeth City, NC where he starred at Pasquotank County High School as a 4 year Captain, 3x Conference Champion, 1x Regional Champion, 4x State Qualifier, 3x State placer, 2x runner up while compiling over 100 career wins finishing his high school career as one of the most decorated wrestlers coming out of Pasquotank County High School when he graduated in 2004. He would continue his wrestling career while joining the US Navy, he would accept an invite to join the All-Navy wrestling team. After his release from active duty after 16 years of naval service he has returned to his roots at Pasquotank County High School where he is starting his third year as head wrestling coach.

Coach Jones brings a wealth of coaching experience including coaching the '96 Olympic Wrestling team, the Junior Olympic team of EC and served as coach of NHS and RRMS. Voted both High School and Middle School Wrestling Coach of the year, his credentials include:

• 2 Time Junior Olympic State Champion

• 5th In the State Junior year 

• 9th in the Nation
